Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping options and costs
- Standard: 4–7 business days. $5.99, FREE on orders of $50 or more.
- Expedited: 2–4 business days. $9.99.
- Express: 1–2 business days. $14.99.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@leoformula.com and we will try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at info@leoformula.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy: email a photo to info@leoformula.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.
