We want you and your cat to be happy with Leo Formula. Please read the details below.

Returns of unopened products

You can return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottle that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@leoformula.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the product you want to return.
  3. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received the wrong item). Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@leoformula.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a clear photo or video of the product and the packaging (and the shipping label, if possible).

Once we review your proof, we will send you a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please check with your bank first, then contact us at info@leoformula.com.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see above).

Orders from other sellers

This policy applies only to orders placed on leoformula.com. For purchases from other stores or marketplaces, please contact that seller.
